概要	The pandemic H1N1 influenza virus has now spread all over the world, with confirmed cases of pandemic H1N1 virus infection reported in more than 100 countries. It is important to establish business continuity planning and disaster planning to cope with the difficulty. In this study, the procedure of examining the operation rates and the plant-utilization rates is proposed under the pandemic environment, by applying simulation. The proposed procedure is applied to a real case in order to confirm its effectiveness.
