|概要||Achieving stable sales growth is one of the most critical issues for for-profit companies.
The steady sales increase realizes trustful forecast of revenue. One of the measures to
achieve such stable sales is to make a periodical purchase contract with customers. To keep
the deals, companies use various means to achieve it. Mainly, the methods are to offer
something attractive or convenient to customers. The belief that customers continue to buy
if they are satisfied drives companies to employ these methods. However, there is a case
that customers stop the contract although they are happy. One of the reasons is customer-
side inventory. This research shows the structure of this phenomenon and simulations based
on an existing tea company. The model shown in this paper shows the standard model
structure of a "periodical purchase contract business" and the customer-side inventory effect.
