概要 | "The core curriculum (national curricular standards) designated by the MEXT was introduced into all English Teachers Certificate Programs at universities in Japan in Academic Year 2019. It is historically important to record for the future the descriptions of the previous education and its effects on pre-service teacher training before it was implemented. Thus, this study examines the one-year longitudinal educational effects in 19 second-year, 12 third-year, and 15 fourth-year university students (three groups) through reflections utilizing 96 self-assessment descriptors (SADs) of the Japanese Portfolio for Student Teachers of Languages (J-POSTL). The three groups were given the 96 SADs twice, at the beginning and the end of the same academic year, and answered each of them through reflections. . . . " (p. 77) |
