概要	This paper reports on the present-day distribution of the vowels of Manx accents of English. All the data are from original recordings made on a field trip on the Isle of Man in September 2017. The vowels will be shown on F1-F2 vowel diagrams and the allophonic differences between the north and south of the Isle of Man discussed. The explicit differences are observed between the northern accent and the southern accent of Manx English. For example, the NURSE-SQUARE Merger like in Scouse occurs in the northern accent. But in the southern accent the vowel of SQUARE is an open-mid front unrounded vowel like in General British although the glide is absent. In the northern accent there is a speaker who has triphthongs with a very wide glide. The speaker pronounces juice with /ɪʊ/ like Welsh English. The GOOSE-fronting is progressing in both the north and the south of the Isle of Man.
