概要	With the development of capitalism in East Asia, the impact of globalization on the East Asian economic and society has become an important topic. This research project focuses a mobility of high-skilled labors in the East Asian high-tech industry, and tries to explore the influence of the mobility of Japanese and Taiwanese high-skilled labors from homeland to Taiwan and China respectively on industrial structures, labor market, and the system of human resource development in the East Asian high-tech industry and society. Specifically, it explores the process of the brain drain in the East Asian high-tech industry and society form the varieties of theoretical frameworks: economic sociology of immigration, sociology of mobilities, the learning mechanism of technology, transnational scientific community, social embeddedness, re-circulating, and transnationalism.
