概要 In this paper, the authors have fabricated a robot hand which has been remotely controlled by flex sensor in order to understand the basic mechanisms of robotic systems for students enrolled in robotics engineering lectures and people of all age who are interested in robotics and participate in science workshops. The system consists of three parts: 1) a actuator part (robot hand) which a 3-D printed hand is coupled with a servo motor, 2) a sensor part which a flex sensor is inserted on an index finger of a winter glove, and 3) a MCU board which an Arduino board is used for controlling the whole system. In this study, it has been experimentally clarified that the proximal interphalangeal joint bending of the index finger is proportional to the flex sensor bending. Based on this result, we have implemented the system and experimentally verified that the motion replication of the robot hand is similar to that of the human hand.
