概要 | Composite materials based on a molybdenum disulfide (MoS_2) and metal is a candidate to improve its lubricating property under dry or vacuum condition. However, since a metal sintering or dissolution temperature is higher than the oxidization temperature (623 K) of MoS_2, the lubricating property of conventionally-prepared MoS_2 composite will be lost. In this research, we fabricated the MoS_2-dispersed Cu composite material by Compression Shearing Method at Room Temperature (COSME-RT), which is the dynamic powder molding technique wothout heating process. Tribological and mechanical properties of novel MoS_2-dispersed composites by COSME-RT were reported. |
