概要	Based on interviews with participants in a seminar for developing women entrepreneurs, this study found that “weak ties” among participants and with mentors exert a substantial influence on the behavior of women entrepreneurs. It showed that relationships free of binding obligations, such as weak ties, are essential to building social capital.
