概要 | In this paper, a fundamental study of microchannels for microfluidics devices based on 3D-printer technology has been conducted. In particular, we describe the design, fabrication and characterization of microchannels fabricated by two different methods: stereolithography (SLA) and fused deposition modeling (FDM). A channel with a diameter of about 0.8mm has been obtained by stereolithography method. In the case of fused deposition method, a contraction of about 0.3mm has been observed for the same design diameter due to thermal contraction. |
