概要	This qualitative study of women's entrepreneurship programs in three Japanese local cities identifies role model effects, regional networks, and social capital as key themes. It proposes a "role model chain effect," whereby participants become role models for others, transforming external support into an autonomous, participant-driven system for regional revitalization.
